Maximum capacity is the absorbency identified in laboratory testing under ISO Standards. The working capacity that you will achieve will depend on gender, velocity of flow, posture and position. In real-world usage, you should achieve between 40% to 65% of maximum capacity before any leakage may occur.

These nappies are the winners after trying pretty much everything on the market for my 7 year old. They are long enough that they go up the back and prevent leaking when many others are not. They are easy to put on and hold a lot so keep her dry and leak free.
