Maximum capacity is the absorbency identified in laboratory testing under ISO Standards. The working capacity that you will achieve will depend on gender, velocity of flow, posture and position. In real-world usage, you should achieve between 40% to 65% of maximum capacity before any leakage may occur.

Unfortunately I have encountered 2 orders that have been disappointing with regard to the stitching part of manufacture...
1) packet of pads including half of the pads where the waist was totally stitched together all the way across.
2) entire packet of pullups was very poorly stitched together,hardly any margin at all from side seam & edge of pants!
Consequently many of the pants actually did rip as I tried to put them on in the usual, previously comfortable way!!!
It gave me quite a shock...
NOT SURE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THEIR QUALITY CONTROL !!!
ITS DEFINITELY A PRODUCTION ISSUE THAT IS SEEMINGLY,APPARENTLY BEING IGNORED BY THE COMPANY ON SOME LEVELS!
I haven't had any issues with this product generally I was quite pleased in the past...
This is most annoying as I pay the full price before every order is even delivered...

Please can you get in touch with our customer service team - we would really appreciate photo's / videos that we can share with Ontex (the manufacturer) and we are more than happy to replace any bags that have faulty products.
You also may consider trying our Invizi Pants Plus instead. Let us know if you would like us to send you a pack at our cost and you can determine for yourself which are better for you.
