100 points = $1 and you can redeem at checkout in multiples of $5 / 500 points for instant discounts.
Rewards points are earned against your email address - even if you've never signed in before, all your previous orders have earned you points. To redeem the points you'll need to sign in using that email address before checking out.
This is for orders that have no Never Run Out items.
You can redeem your points for single order discounts in multiples of $5 up to $30 currently. There are 2 ways to redeem your points:
(OPTION 1) Instant Redemption In Checkout
If you sign in to your account and then checkout you are given the option to instantly redeem your points for a discount on your order:
(OPTION 2) Generate A Discount Code To Use Later
- Sign in, if you haven't already
- Open your Rewards Dashboard (show me)
- Click on Ways to redeem
- Choose the discount you want:
This will generate a discount code for you to enter during checkout.
You can redeem points for a discount off your next Never Run Out scheduled delivery. Open your Rewards Dashboard then click on All Rewards (show me)
Choose any Reward with type Never Run Out Order Discount.
This will generate a discount code.
Copy the code, then click on Discount a Subscription
This will take you to your account where you click on Apply Discount Code then Save.
The discount will be applied to your next automated order
Yes. You have been earning points against your email address, regardless of whether or not you have been aware of this rewards program.
Yes, all orders have been earning points.
Yes, all purchases earn points including Never Run Out.
Points are valid for 6 months after the date they were earnt, oldest points will be redeemed first. Your points balance will reset to zero after 6 months if you have not earned or spent points in that time.
