If you ordered the wrong product or would like to exchange it, that's no problem either - our friendly customer service team will be able to arrange that for you, too.
We cover the return shipping costs for any products coming back to us, so you aren't left out of pocket.
Please note that any returns or exchanges must be requested within 60 days of receiving your order. We accept returns of a maximum of one carton per product, with no more than one pack/bag used.
We are able to accept returns of washable/reusable products only in the event that they are unworn, in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
