If you ordered the wrong product or would like to exchange it, that's no problem either - our friendly customer service team will be able to arrange that for you, too.
We cover the return shipping costs for any products coming back to us, so you aren't left out of pocket.
Please note that any returns or exchanges must be requested within 60 days of receiving your order. We accept returns of a maximum of one carton per product, with no more than one pack/bag used.
For washable incontinence underwear, we'll refund you if the fit isn't perfect - with no need to send them back if you've already tried them on. For unopened, sealed packs of washable underwear, we offer a full refund upon return.
