I bought these for my 8 yr old grandson who has special needs after using pull ups which are fantastic. However they didn't hold enough at night. I'm afraid while these are soft and obviously have good absorbency the bottom tab is just not in the right place to pull the nappy comfortably together without causing chaffing on the upper leg. Very disappointing.

This nappy was no good for my disabled son. It leaked. Didn’t hold much urine. The location on the bottom tabs is not great I found them really difficult to stick as it made the nappy tight around the thighs. (My boy isn’t big but the next size up would have been too big). Also the nappy didn’t sit very well on him.

These were not a good fit. So much material, but I couldn't even do the bottom tab up on my very petite daughter because it sat in the wrong place on her legs.

We are relatively new to buying incontinence aids that aren’t off the shelf at the supermarket. We have been using the ID junior pull ups and they have been great but I missed the convenience of being able to change my 7yo before school or when in a rush and not having to remove all of his clothing and shoes and then putting everything back on again so I thought the ID slip nappy would be perfect. Not so much. My son finds them very uncomfortable, the double tabs chafe his upper thigh and the fit and quality has an overall cheap and nasty feel. I am perhaps unfairly comparing them to Huggies essentials which is what he was in prior to making the switch but I wouldn’t purchase these again. We will stick to the pull-ups from now on.
