Our washable garments sometimes fit a little more snug than usual, so we've included handy size recommendations below to help you find your perfect fit. We suggest taking a quick measurement before you order and comparing it to our guide – just to be sure.
Small: Waist - 60cm, Hips - 74cm
(Approx. AU Dress Size: 6)
Medium: Waist - 62cm, Hips - 80cm
(Approx. AU Dress Size: 8)
Large: Waist - 67cm, Hips - 85cm
(Approx. AU Dress Size: 10-12)
X-Large: Waist - 73cm, Hips - 88cm
(Approx. AU Dress Size: 12-14)
XX-Large: Waist - 74cm, Hips - 93cm
(Approx. AU Dress Size: 14-16)
Simply pull these briefs on and off as you would regular underwear. Be sure to machine wash before first use and between uses.

Before first use — Wash in cold water to activate the absorbent fibres.

Wash — Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle in cold or warm water (below 30°C), using mild detergent only.

Dry — Tumble dry on low heat (below 30°C) or line dry in the shade.

Avoid — No bleach, fabric softeners, ironing, or dry cleaning.
- Full Brief only — Remove the pad insert before washing; ensure both are completely dry before re-use.

I already own a couple of pairs of these from another company and find them very useful and comfortable. As I do like the pads this company offers I thought their briefs would be of the same quality....which they were but the sizing is a bit off!
I selected the same size as the pull up pants I normally order but these briefs were oh so tight around the top of the legs and the waist. Great pity as they seem well made and good value for the money.
They were so tight I had to whisk them off in the public toilet in town and replace with the spare pair of undies I keep in my bag!
A shame as all other products from here have been excellent.
