Well, I am really active, and my work requires me to move a lot, lift heavy stuff, and bend into tight spaces. They are perfect for daily wear. They are really thin and hard to notice through clothes; if you put them under your regular underwear, they are practically invisible. Yes, they do keep you very dry and have amazing odor control, but I would not advise them for nighttime use. The leak guard is quite short and could leak if you are a side sleeper. If they just had a longer leak guard especially in the front, where most leaks happen they would be great for nighttime use and for heavier leaks.
