Why we made this

Normal doesn't have a deadline.

Society has a very specific idea of when kids should be toilet trained. Spoiler: that idea isn't working for a lot of families.

We surveyed hundreds of parents — and what came back was clear. Kids are navigating continence challenges well into primary school. Half of those kids have additional needs or are being assessed. And most parents are carrying it alone, quietly, because nobody's talking about it.

So we changed that. We partnered with Kiindred to bring together a paediatrician, a child psychologist, an occupational therapist, and a behavioural educator — and just... talked. No shame. No judgment. Just real, expert-backed guidance for real families.

"This isn't something they should feel they have to navigate alone."
