What Is The NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a transformational approach to disability supports and services across Australia. It's the largest social reform since Medicare. At its core the scheme shifts the government funding of disability supports away from support providers directly to participants with disability support needs, encouraging a competitive marketplace for providers to compete and thereby improving the quality and range of offers to the benefit of participants.
How Does This Affect Me?
If you are an approved NDIS participant you now have greater choice in who provides your necessary products and services. Previously your approved "package" of supports was delivered through an organisation, limiting your choices and flexibility. Now you can be more selective of who your providers are.
How Do I Order?
If you are an approved NDIS participant with an allocation of funds in your NDIS plan for any of the products we offer then we can send you those products, and we will arrange the payment to come from the NDIS.

- Periodic Automatic Orders: We can continue to supply products to you on a regular basis without you placing new orders each time
- Cancellation Any Time: You can cancel any time - it's up to us to make sure you're happy
- Delivery Anywhere In Australia: We will send your order anywhere in Australia
Order Online (excluding Never Run Out orders)
Place an order online for product and choose NDIS as the payment method during checkout. Complete the order. On the final screen when your order is placed you are prompted to fill out a form. We need the participant number, date of birth and participant's name (if different from the orderer). We will also require the care package manager's contact details if we need to invoice someone else.
