1. Take a guard out of the pack and unfold it, then refold it lengthways

2. Cup your hands back and forth over the guard to activate the leak guards and to help it fit snugly to the body

3. Check that the leak guards are standing up to ensure you're protected from leaks

4. Remove the paper backing from the guardpand place it adhesive-side down into the 'cup' section of a pair of underwear

5. Press the pad down firmly onto the underwear to ensure it doesn't move, then put the underwear on as normal
