  • 38% of our customers are buying for patients or a loved one they care for
  • 62% of our customers are buying for themselves

The Purchase Experience:

  • 78% of our customers hadn't received any guidance in finding the right product for their needs before shopping with ConfidenceClub.

The Impact of Incontinence on Mental Health:

  • 78% of our customers say that incontinence had an impact on their mental health
  • 81% of our customers say incontinence negatively affected their social life
  • 87% of our customers say there isn't enough emotional support available for people who have incontinence
  • 77% of our customers say they don't completely shy away from speaking openly about their incontinence, yet say there is still a damaging stigma surrounding the condition
  • 56% of our customers believe that incontinence isn't spoken about enough in the media

What's Important to Our Customers:

  • 51% of our customers say that quality is the most important factor they look for when choosing a product
  • 82% of customers rated the quality of our products as 4 or 5 out of 5 stars when compared to other brands

  • 77% of our customers rated our prices as 4 or 5 out of 5 stars in terms of value for money when compared to other brands
