So, What's Changing?
Let’s start with what is NOT changing... the core of the product - the pad itself is not changing at all. The change is focused on the comfort and fit of the pants.
So, although some things may look a little different, we promise you they're the same comfortable and reliable pads that you've come to love - only better.
The changes will provide more coverage around the buttocks, hips, and upper thighs, with a slightly lower, more discreet waist band. They feel a bit more like form fitting boxer shorts than briefs, which enhances the leakage protection through improved security of the pad placement.

When will the changes be rolled out?
These pants are manufactured in Europe, and are currently on their way to us, so we will start delivering the new style pants in early 2023, soon after they arrive. Different sizes may changeover to the new style at different times.
When will I receive the new design in my size?
We will keep you informed by email so you will know when we will start shipping out your specific size.
What if I don't like the new pants?
Based on our research it is unlikely that you won't prefer them, however if you don't like them for any reason then you're fully covered by our 100% Money Back guarantee - "It Fits Or It's Free", so the risk is all ours.
Are pack and carton quantities changing too?
Currently the blue pants for Men and the black pants for Women are sold in packs of 15 and cartons of 90. The neutral white pants are currently sold in packs of 14 and cartons of 84.
All packs will change to 15 pieces and cartons to 90 pieces. This makes our range more consistent, and it is easier to plan monthly needs.
Pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
What will happen to Never Run Out orders?
Pack counts will be changing to 15 pants in a pack. Some pants are already being sold in 15-piece packs, however if you have a subscription based on a 14-piece pack then our system will make the necessary adjustments so that you will receive exactly the same number of pieces per day that you have requested so that you Never Run Out.
What if I prefer the old style?
Unfortunately we needed to make the decision to make the complete changeover or none at all - we could not continue selling both styles. Our research shows that the new style is significantly better so we naturally made the decision we believed was on balance the best for our customers over the longer term.
