We hit these delivery times in over 95% of cases. If your order is delayed beyond these guidelines by more than a day, get in touch.
We'll chase it up with the courier and if needed, resend your items for free via express service, when available.
Delivery to Your Door (or a Safe Spot)
Our couriers aim to deliver directly to your door. If you're not home, you can authorise them to leave the package at your door or in another safe spot.
If you live somewhere like an apartment with a shared entrance, and nobody's home, they can't leave it by law. In that case, they'll leave a calling card for you to arrange a pick up or redelivery from a nearby spot - usually depending on the courier and your location.

Same-Day Despatch
If you order before 10am (EST, Mon-Fri) then we will pick, pack and despatch on the same day, otherwise it despatches on the next business day.
From Next-Day Delivery
Once we've handed your order over to our couriers, they usually take it to the local depot to be sorted overnight into delivery areas. We have warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne so, if you are far away from these centres, the courier will send it out on a regional or interstate truck.

Over 95% of all deliveries occur within these guidelines. Please reach out if your order hasn't been received within one full business day beyond these guidelines and we'll work with the courier to find out what's gone wrong, and if we're not satisfied we'll ship your goods again for free using an express service where available.
To Your Door
Our couriers will attempt to deliver the goods to your door. If you are not home at the time then we have given them permission to leave the goods at your door or in a safe place nearby. If you live in a dwelling with a shared entrance (e.g. an apartment) then the couriers are by law not permitted to leave the goods if no-one is home. The driver will then leave a calling card for you to arrange a re-delivery for collection nearby (e.g. a post office). This usually depends on the courier and your particular location.
