These pants suit my mum well. She is wheelchair bound and unable to move independently, but her care home staff find them easy to use (which is important, as she goes through several pairs per day), and mum finds them comfortable.
The staff are very helpful when I call, but I have to call them far more often than I should, because it's so difficult to find things on the website due to lack of navigation to Never Run Out orders, information that's invisible unless you scroll in the Rewards pop-up, etc. I'm a computing professional, and used to being able to navigate within a website without having to return to order confirmation emails to be able to access the page to update details on a website. There's navigation to get to information ABOUT Never Run Out, or to ORDER using Never Run Out, but not to access your Never Run Out subscription itself (frequency, delivery address, etc.) ... or if there is, I've been unable to find it.
Also, the account delivery address for one-off orders doesn't connect to the Never Run Out delivery address, so although I had changed the ONLY delivery address that I could find by navigating the website, (just for single orders, as it turned out) when mum moved, her next order was shipped to the old address and had to be intercepted and retrieved because I didn't know that the Never Run Out page (which can only be found from the email confirmation - there's no navigation to it from the website) has its own separate delivery address set up. …
